I do photography and when someone has a total disregard for what I'm doing and the concentration that it takes I lose it. Especially if the person works for you directly or indirectly. I was doing a model fashion shoot a couple weeks back and one of the agents would not get off his cell phone. I kicked him off the set and fired his model. It is a complete lack of respect that leads these people to ruin your shoots and movies. His behaviour may seem atrocious but I agree with it whole heartedly.
