Elzo threw this up on Krakmuzik (one of the other dope blogs I post on) a short while ago. After searching on Google, it turns out that the dude in question is called "Red". Word is that due to the amount of hits on Youtube & WSHH, Red will be be putting this out as an official release. Homeboy kills it.
