Fun Lovin' Criminals "Scooby Snacks" (Music Video)

Just recently stumbled upon this....One of my favourite tracks of all time....

I remember seeing these dudes live at the Reading Festival back in 2001, during which I ruined a very good pair of shelltoes - Adidas Superstar II's to be precise....I digress....

Dizzee Rascal hits No.1 in the UK Charts

Ok, I know I should have blogged about it first thing this Monday...my bad....

Anyhow, with no major label involvment (and also 50,000 legal downloads) - he did it!

BONUS! Here's the music video.

Well done Dizzee!

Nas Feat. Keri Hilson "Hero" (Music Video)

Damn, that beat is dope....

DJ Cable's Weekly Mix #24 (Download)

Week #24 in full effect, yo!

This week, I decided throw together a few of my favourite Grime joints - Some old, some recent, plus a couple of blends here and there.

Again, you can stream/download via Zhare here.

Tracklisting:

01. Dizzee Rascal - I Luv U
02. DJ Mondie - Pull Up Dat
03. DJ Cable - Stay Fly Ice Rink
04. Roll Deep - Celebrate (JME Remix)
05. More Fire Crew - Oi
06. Danny Weed - Shank Riddim (Wiley Remix)
07. DJ Cable - Still Tippin On Pulse
08. Sway Feat. Stush - F Ur X

As a bonus, I've also included my Aphex Twin Re-Edit, which some of you have been asking about!

As the time signature and drum patterns switch up during the track, I've made a DJ-friendly intro & outro (re-sequencing the drums), and chopped and changed the middle section to make it more club/dancefloor friendly too. You can grab it here.

As usual - any comments/feedback is always welcomed.

Until next week....Enjoy!

P.S. June's monthly mix will be dropping later this week....Enjoy!

P.P.S. Missed out on any of the other weekly mixes? Grab them all here now!

Skepta "Rolex Sweep" (Official Video)

C-C-C-Count with me!

BONUS! Here's the Boy Better Know crew playing "Mallett's Mallet", hosted by none other than 1980's TV legend, Timmy Mallett, who actually makes a cameo in the official video.

"Bleurgh!"

Kardinal Offishall Feat. Lindo P "Burnt" (Music Video)

Brand new heat from Kardy and Lindo P....

Fiyah!

Dizzee Rascal "Driving With Nowhere To Go" (Download)

I'd been trying to get hold of this joint for a while now. It's one of the few bonus tracks that featured on the US verison of "Maths + English", which was released back in April on Def Jux.

After finally copping it last week (it passed me by - whoops!) - I thought I'd share it with you lovely people....

Stream/Download via Zshare.
