Ladyboy Gaga

She's got a pretty solid Poker Face, but she's finally been caught bluffing...about her gender. That's right folks, Lady Gaga is a hermaphrodite. Rumours abounded after photos got released of her with what resembled a tiny penis in her pants, and these rumours were apparently confirmed by the sexually confused superstar on her blog:

Its not something that I'm ashamed of, just isn't something that i go around telling everyone. Yes. I have both male and female genitalia, but i consider myself a female. Its just a little bit of a penis and really doesnt interfere much with my life. the reason I haven't talked about it is that its not a big deal to me. like come on. its not like we all go around talking about our vags. I think this is a great opportunity to make other multiple gendered people feel more comfortable with their bodies. I'm sexy, I'm hot. i have both a poon and a peener. big fucking deal. - L8d Gaga <3>

So, to answer the question on all of your minds; yes, you did in fact jerk it over a hermaphrodite, and yes, I guess you probably are gay. Don't worry though, I'm sure you're not the only one.

As for you, Gaga, congratulations on coming up with a pretty sweet gimmick, not every girl would have the balls to claim they were born with a dick...

On a personal note, I'm just hoping that most of England's clubbers are too conservative to come to terms with this and I won't have to keep playing Just Dance to keep drunken slags out of my face.

The-Dream Feat. Kanye West "Walking On The Moon" (Music Video)

Directed by Hype Williams.

The Nando's Rap (Video)

Aapparently it's an internal video to promote their new chicken wraps to staff...How this supposed to be 'funny' or 'cool', I have no idea...The fact that they have punchlines such as"more raps than PM Dawn" says it all really!

Still, Nandos >>>>> most other chicken-based restaurants/outlets.

DJ Nappy & RTD Present: "Did I Do That?"

By now, you've most likely heard that Snoop Dogg Millionaire joint on the radio or in the club. When that first dropped, a lot of people jumped on it like it was this crazy, amazing new subgenre that had just been invented. Well they were wrong.

About 2 years ago DJ Nappy dropped his own mix of the sickest Dubstep, laced with various Hip Hop/Dirty South acapellas. As a result, "Thugstep" was born. It received a mixed reaction from the people over at Dubstep Forum, but generally got shown a lot of love across the internet. In fact, it was his mixtape which lead me to Rock The Dub, which in turn gave me the chance to collaborate with Khal on a couple of mini projects.

Packed full of Nappy's refixes (plus a blend from yours truly!) this mixtape is just straight hype. Gully riddims galore.

Allow the biters and the bandwagon jumpers, this is where it all started...

P.S. Big up to DJ Nappy. Hold it down, son.

Mingstar "Get Your Champagne" (Music Video)

If you've been stopping by the blog regularly, you'll have noticed that I have a pretty strong dislike for the amount of substandard UK Funky joints that teach me how to do some shit dance that looks like you're having an fit of some sorts...

Fortunately, this isn't one of those. Produced by Skitz Beatz, this joint has a pretty solid party vibe...Can definitely see people bubbling to this in a rave, unless they're too busy trying to do the "Jungle-Tribal-Migraine-Gully-Ringa Roses-Creeper" skank, with the "Heads, Shoulders, Knees & Running Man", or something as equally ridiculous...ahem...

Shouts to Mingstar for sending this one through.

Stagga "Terminator Remix"

Just got passed this from the those nice chaps over at Chrome Kids

After hearing of Goldie's general disapproval of being sampled by other artists, Stagga decided to flip one of the joints on his forthcoming Staggamuffin EP - "Determined" - by sampling Goldie's classic "Terminator".

The end result is pretty ill!

Crookers & Wiley feat. Thomas Jules "Business Man"

You know Crookers? The two italians who took Cudi's track and turned it into what is probably one of the biggest songs of the last 12 months? Yeah, them, well it looks like they're gonna try and give Wiley the italo-electro treatment, as well. They've already remixed his Autumn 08 release, "Summertime" and now they're back, this time with a straight up collab.

It looks like it has all the necessary ingredients for relative mainstream success; a bass heavy beat (not dissimilar to Dizzee's "Bonkers"...) from a big-in-the-game production duo, one of the biggest names in grime on the mic, and the fact that Wiley's bars are about business rather than knife crime means its probably going to get picked up by all the Radio 1 daytime shows. I expect we'll be hearing it a lot over the summer. Check it out below.

Listen/Get: Crookers & Wiley feat. Thomas Jules "Business Man"

Duck Sauce "aNYway" (Video)

I'm not gonna lie, I'm excited. Very excited. Its not every day that two of your favourite DJs and indeed Producers get together to start making music, but its happened. Introducing A-Trak and Armand Van Helden's new project; Duck Sauce.

So far, Annie Mac's the only DJ I've heard actually playing this song, and remarkably it doesn't appear to have been leaked yet, aside from the obvious radio rips now on youtube etc. According to A-Trak's twitter we should expect to hear DJs playing out the promo release over the summer with a full release planned for around September time on A-Trak's Fools Gold label.

The track itself is a slice of upbeat sunshine, New York style, and is reminiscent of Armand's older productions such as You Don't Know Me and Full Moon.

Enjoy!

Classic Tracks: Dilated Peoples Feat. Kanye West "This Way"

One of my favourite Dilated Peoples tracks of all time, and also one of the most slept-on records of 2004. This was easily one of the best joints off "Neighborhood Watch", and with production (and a guest verse) from Kanye, this track definitely helped with exposing the group to a much wider audience.

Speaking of Kanye, here's an Interesting Hip Hop fact: Evidence co-produced "Last Call" on Kanye's "College Dropout" LP.

Whilst "This Way" is dope, I still can't forget about this record:

Babu's cuts are always funky as hell...

JuxtaPoser "Stereo Smoothie: Volume 1" (Mixtape)

"A freshly prepared cocktail of musical flavours. A handpicked selection of the freshest sounds, chopped up and blended with some sun-ripened classics to produce an energetic, creative and original sonic sensation. Best served loud."

Okay, so I've finally got round to sorting out a plan I've had for a while now; regular promo mixes recorded for your listening pleasure. My main goal with these mixes is to mash sh*t up as much as possible and hopefully create something a little different from a standard promo mix, the emphasis being very much on presenting music in an original way - if you just wanted to hear the original song, you'd just go listen to that, right?

I've tried to be pretty broad with Volume 1, so hopefully there'll be bits in there that will appeal to everyone and maybe by listening to it, you'll get turned onto some new music.

I'm working on setting it up as a podcast so watch this space for updates. In the mean time though, here's Volume 1, enjoy!

Performing "La Di Da". If you haven't yet picked up his album, I suggest you do so asap.

Nike Hypermax "Tennis Ball" & "McFly"

The Hypermax is the follow-on from last year's Hyperdunk, which if you remember, had the ultra-limited Marty McFly colourway - aka the Hyperdunk 2015. And yes, I'm still fiending for a pair.

At the moment, two colourways have been spotted on the web...

The "Tennis ball" model features a colored upper accented by a white swoosh and white midsole. Nike has even gone to the extent of coating the entire upper in a felt material reminiscent of an actual tennis ball, similar to the ALIFE x Reebok Tennis Pump from a few years back. Another key aspect of this pair is the lack of flywire technology. Defnitely very loud, but I'm down with these...

The second colourway seems to be inspired by the Hyperdunk 2015 - Grey and powder blue, plus the addition of hot pink...Dope.

Now we just need to get them to finally release the Nike Mag.

Now why didn't I think of that? I ruined a perfectly dope pair of Eric Haze Dunk Lo's in a club once, because of some dickhead Indie kids jumping up and down all over the place, and on my sneakers...

Anyhow, I need...no wait....NEED a pair of Air Yeezys in my life. Those black ones are ill, but it's all about the beige colourway. Allow paying the £600+ reseller's price tag for them though; looks like I'm gonna have to camp out overnight for a pair.

Classic Tracks: Snow "Informer" (Music Video)

Don't even try to hate on this MC Shan-produced classic! You know that you got down to this back in '93.

What's crazy is that this has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records twice, as the highest selling reggae single in the US, and the also the biggest selling reggae single of all time...I could have sworn that someone like Sean Paul would have easily done more numbers...

Anyhow, dance around your living room and sing the "likky boom boom down" (pause) line as loud as possible...It's the only line everyone knows...

Allow the video, I just wanted any excuse to post up about Rhi-Rhi's leaked pics 'pon di web.

Again, I won't be posting the pics up on here (which are strictly NSFW, if you go hunting for them), but all I say is wow...

Rihanna, you are my future wifey. Standard.

Seriously, these pics >>>>>> Cassie's. Whilst I could go on about the morals of hacking celeb's computers to get nude pics, it could easily be a case of publicity stunts for forthcoming albums...If so, then leaking nude pics is obviously the new beef?

Swine Flu Skank (Video)

The government spent some £6million on the media awareness campaign for Swine Flu... My peeps @ Uproar come with a street video that gets 12,000+ hits in less than 24 hours. Gordon Brown should have commissioned this, instead!

Although I won't be skanking out with a sarrs mask on...It's bad enough when you get people rocking sunglasses in nightclubs lol

Example & Don Diablo "Hooligans" (Music Video)

If you haven't heard of Example yet, then you're simply not cool, but don't worry, we'll fix that. Example is Elliot Gleave, a 26 year old rapper from Fulham, originally signed to Mike Skinner's The Beats label, his new single is out on Data Records. His older material such as "I Don't Want To" and "Me and Mandy" clearly has much stronger rap influences, whilst his more recent material is what he describes as "up-tempo electro garage rap mash-up". Thats hardly surprising when you look at the list of artists he's been working alongside, both in the studio and on the stage: Chase & Status, Hervé and MJ Cole, to name but a few.

He recently released The Credit Munch Mixtape, a free to download mixtape split into three 'rooms' for different styles of music, which demonstrated very well his versatility as an MC to jump in on more or less any beat.

The above video is his latest release, "Hooligans" (Originally known as "We Came, We Saw, We Killed The Crowd") a collaboration with Don Diablo. I have to be honest, it's not my favourite Example tune, but as with everything on Data, its got mainstream appeal and it should get the guy some much needed exposure, and i'm down with that.

To get your hands on the Credit Munch Mixtape, listen to his other releases and keep up to date with shows etc, head over to his myspace at www.myspace.com/leadingbyexample

Play Ents "Bring It Back" (Music Video)

With a new dance craze popping up practically every 5 minutes, I can now say that UK Funky is officially the new Dancehall. Fact...

Although I'm sure this track blow up at all the million and one UK Funky events that I seem to get invited to ALL THE F*CKING TIME on Facebook.

Rant over.

P.S. It's all about the girl at 39/40 seconds in though. That's some pretty...erm...next level shaking.

So Cassie's Topless Pics Got Leaked...

EDIT: It's not really a laughing matter to those involved, but I ain't gonna front - those pics are alot!

Cassie is alot, but I'm not gonna post them up on here, nor post a link to them. "Why?" you ask...

1) This blog isn't a soft-porn site. It deals with music, fashion and lifestyle.
2) It'd be highly disrespectful to Cassie and her team for me to do so.

Whilst shit happens, it just goes to prove that celebs/artists really should be more careful with whatever they do in their personal lives; especially since people will try all kinds of methods (be it hacking computers, etc) to get some dirt on you.

But yeh, hacking someone's computer to get at shit like this is a really low move.

Anyhow, shouts to Cassie who's addressed the situation, and has managed to brush it off.
